Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager of Quebec - Pharmascience Canada division, as the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the key activities below:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a growing market share among new and existing customers by personally visiting and using video-meeting technology tools to optimize account management. Tasks include inventory taking (as needed), processing returns, taking orders, representing Pharmascience values and its positioning in the pharmaceutical market.
- Negotiate based on a solid understanding of the company’s strategies as well as the needs/requests of customers, in order to achieve net sales objectives while controlling commercial expenses.
- Represent Pharmascience at social and sports events organized by pharmacies, banners, universities, associations, clinics, hospitals, and PMS professional services.
- Participate in pharmaceutical congresses and purchasing fairs.
- Participate in pharmacy training events/programs.
- Transmit information to the office (Territory Manager, CAM, Marketing, Directors, Regional Affairs) regarding any relevant market problem, including customer concerns, lost or won molecules, or competition information.
- Stay informed about new developments in the health sector.
- Understand the company’s products as well as therapeutic classes in order to explain them to customers.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable department to ensure that customer accounts are up to date and intervene as needed.
- Use MyPills to enter and keep up to date all necessary and relevant information regarding accounts, including sales meetings, contact details, account performance, and any other information required to manage accounts.
- Analyze sales progress by account. Develop strategic plans to win/keep market share in each account. Use IMS data and MyPills regularly for this purpose.
- Use CAPP to control territory expenses and maximize the organization’s profitability.
- Develop and work from an annual business plan for the territory.
- Work within the framework of the annual promotional budget (BBF).
- Responsible for keeping up to date a business review of the activities of his territory.
- Regularly submit expense reports.
- Contact the Pharmacovigilance department when aware of an adverse effect associated with a Pharmascience Inc. product, whether the information comes from an employee, a customer, a patient, or any other person who has used a Pharmascience Inc. product.
- Report product quality complaints and adverse effects to the appropriate departments in accordance with internal procedures.
- Respect the code of ethics of the company, the Gx industry as well as that of business customers. The strictest rule prevails over the others.
- Respect the CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION POLICY of Pharmascience.

- Able to easily communicate in French (Written and Spoken) Mandatory.
- Available to travel within the Territory (Lanaudière & East Laval).
Qualifications
Education
Required:
Bachelor or better in Commerce - Commerce or related field.
Bachelor or better in Marketing - Marketing or related field.
Experience
Required:
5 years of commercial sales experience in a related industry (generic drugs, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, dental, etc.).
