Key responsibilities include :

  • Leading the department from Quotations to Order Execution, ensuring timely responses to RFQs and orders in line with KPIs
  • Implementing continuous improvement processes for efficiency
  • Liaising with global sales teams to increase bookings
  • Leading the Order Execution team to process orders and communicate effectively with customers

Qualifications include :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data analysis, pivot tables)
  • Understanding of project management (scope, cost, schedule)
  • Knowledge of materials like stainless steels, carbon steels, forgings, castings is a plus
