Job description

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Chef de Rang to join the team at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High.

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High is an intimate 12-seat Chef's table experience on Level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, open for dinner only Tuesday to Saturday for 12 guests. This venue elevates the iconic Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, offering the pinnacle of culinary excellence with panoramic views across London’s skyline.

What you do as a Chef de Rang:

1. Pride yourself on excellent product knowledge and creating memorable guest experiences.
2. Confidently run a section and supervise junior team members.
3. Hold WSET L2 qualification or equivalent.
4. Support the management team to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
5. Use interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food and wine to meet high standards and performance targets.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

1. Have previous experience in a Michelin Star environment as a Chef de Rang or similar supervisory role.
2. Are passionate about delivering high-level service in an engaging and informative manner.
3. Have thorough knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
4. Work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with guests and colleagues.
5. Are eager to learn and improve their knowledge and skills.
