We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Special Project Manager to oversee the creation of a data hub and the generation of reports. This position will be responsible for collaborating with various teams such as IT, Data Governance, Data Analytics, Finance, and the Business to create required reports and dashboards aimed at improving margin analysis. The role will also involve working on projects related to Epicor and SalesForce in conjunction with Finance and Business teams. This is a fixed term contract position, reporting to the Sr Director Finance, Technology Solutions.

Specific Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of a centralized data hub to consolidate and manage data from various sources.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Governance, Data Analytics, Finance, and Business teams to develop and implement reports and dashboards that enhance margin analysis and business decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the data hub.
• Develop and implement data validation controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the hub.
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of standard costs, providing support whenever required.
• Work on projects related to Epicor and SalesForce in collaboration with Finance and Business teams to optimize financial operations and reporting.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for all data-related projects.
• Provide training and support to team members on data hub functionalities and report generation.
• Report project progress and outcomes to the Sr Director Finance, Technology Solutions.
• Maintain documentation of project plans, processes, and outcomes.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• Experience with Epicor and SalesForce platforms.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Spécial dynamique et expérimenté pour superviser la création d'un hub de données et la génération de rapports. Ce poste sera responsable de la collaboration avec diverses équipes telles que l'IT, la Gouvernance des Données, l'Analyse de Données, les Finances et le Business pour créer les rapports et tableaux de bord nécessaires visant à améliorer l'analyse des marges.
