Work Environment

Each resort features multiple restaurants and bars, offering a variety of dining experiences from buffets to plated services, with opportunities to showcase your skills and creativity. Our focus is on creating unique, emotional, and sensory-rich experiences in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Your Role
  • Supervise a team of 4 to 6 chefs
  • Manage orders and inventory for hot, cold, and breakfast sections
  • Oversee buffet setup, appeal, and replenishment (600-1000 covers per service)
  • Personalize customer service through plating at buffets or bistronomic restaurants
  • Ensure quality, safety, and maintenance standards are met
  • Motivate and support your team’s development
  • Experience working with diverse teams in beautiful locations worldwide
