Role Overview

As a Culinary Leader, you will contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its team. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a high-performing team of 50-100 individuals, while driving their personal growth. You will implement quarterly strategic planning goals, maintaining high standards in product quality, profit, environment, and guest experience.

Chef de Partie Responsibilities

You will support the restaurant's success by ensuring your team delivers consistent, crafted products and by leading with warmth and care. You will provide memorable culinary experiences, maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality standards. As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire your team to foster continuous learning, growth, and development.

Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of culinary experience (potential candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply)
