Duties and Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie, you’ll lead a team of culinary professionals, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards. Your responsibilities include :

  • Preparing high-quality meals and assisting in all kitchen activities.
  • Organizing prep work, supervising line set-up, and coordinating service flow.
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting teamwork, and supporting their growth.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards that exceed local health regulations.
  • Managing inventory, reporting equipment issues, and ensuring the proper handling of assets.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Banquets, Sales, and Guest Services, to deliver memorable guest experiences.
