Teatro Ristorante opened its doors in 1993 to a smaller and relatively quiet downtown Calgary. Our philosophy is to provide quality seasonal cuisine, an acceptable offering of adequately cellared wine and knowledgeable, attentive service. Our service and staff are rooted in this philosophy, upholding exceptional cuisine and service.

Responsibilities
  • Take an active role in producing and presenting all food products involving catering operations to maintain the best quality food style possible
  • Aid in the transportation of all food products
  • Maintain product consistency by regularly conducting inspections of seasonings, portions and appearance of food
  • Provide ongoing input to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for menus, create and develop menus, recommend recipes, and create consistent and quality food products
