Responsibilities
  • Attend P&L meetings and communicate results to the Regional team
  • Own the profitability of the store
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for restaurant operations
  • Utilize Earls’ development and recognition programs to foster a positive team environment
  • Oversee all back-of-house routines, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability
  • Create action plans with leadership to improve results
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan for flawless operations
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Passion for food and a desire to pursue a culinary career
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun
