Advance your culinary skills and join us this spring at Table Nineteen, a new restaurant with a fully renovated kitchen, part of a $4 million clubhouse renovation at The Okanagan Golf Club. With locations in Whistler and Victoria, Table Nineteen offers globally inspired cuisine with a refined yet familiar touch, featuring locally sourced ingredients and creative house-made twists.

Enjoy panoramic views of Kelowna's natural scenery in a vibrant, professional environment. We are seeking a creative, curious, and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team on a seasonal full-time basis. If you’re passionate about culinary excellence and guest experience, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
  1. Develop new skills aligned with your ambitions, supported by our commitment to your growth.
  2. Maintain consistency in food preparation for à la carte and event menus.
  3. Contribute to menu innovation through creative development.
  4. Manage your designated food preparation station.
  5. Prepare delicious dishes alongside the team.
  6. Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in planning and overseeing food prep.
  7. Maintain the highest standards of food safety.
  8. Collaborate across departments to enhance guest experiences.
  9. Share your ideas; we value innovation.
WHAT YOU BRING
  1. At least 3 years of culinary experience; Red Seal certification is an asset.
  2. Knowledge of industry best practices for food and beverage.
  3. Humility and a willingness to learn.
  4. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure.
  6. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
