Nature & Scope:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead supports the leadership team with store operations by ensuring a consistent positive customer experience on the sales floor to profitably grow top-line sales.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities include the following:

1. Creates and leads an atmosphere on the sales floor that builds customer realization, retention, and loyalty.
2. Coaches associates on customer service fundamentals and provides positive feedback.
3. Fosters open outward communication on the sales floor.
4. Keeps current on our products and service updates.
5. Promotes a positive, safe, and rewarding environment.
6. Ensures the store is visually appealing at all times.
7. Assists the leadership team in supporting, leading, and implementing new company initiatives.

Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
• Ability to motivate the team through coaching and leadership.
• Ability to lead sales teams to achieve sales quotas.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• At least 1 year of related supervisory experience, preferably in retail apparel.
