The production team leader is responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards are met. They oversee and coordinate production, warehousing, and shipping activities. They supervise the preparation of production reports, employee training, and ensure proper supply of lines and blow molding procedures.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company and plant safety standards, laws, and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.

Management:

• Lead and coordinate warehouse and production activities.

Reporting:

• Prepare and document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiency, and other metrics.

Training:

• Train production employees.

Shipping:

• Determine shipping methods based on items, destination, route, cost, and delivery time.
• Load and unload trucks, secure products per customer requirements, and inspect incoming materials.
• Record shipping data, including weight, costs, and space availability.
• Feed raw materials into machines to ensure continuous production.

Quality Control:

• Apply quality control and blow molding procedures.
• Prepare and document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, and line efficiency.
