• Assist management in directing and coordinating Cast activities to exceed guest expectations.
• Facilitate in-house training, ensure consistent training efforts, and provide feedback on Cast performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline.
• Cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to encourage high performance.
• Consistently deliver high-quality guest service and lead by example.
• Availability to work at times critical to business needs.
