• Assist the Chef Manager with food service operations while leading a dynamic culinary team
• Assist with and oversee cost control and budgeting
• Work with the team to train and develop culinary team
• Drive a standard and consistency in food and food service delivery
• Create a safe inclusive workplace environment
• Help to assist and build and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship including high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention; strong interpersonal relations; and foster a strong safety culture

• Red Seal certification is required
• Ability to work in high volume and fast paced kitchen environment
• Proven success in supporting food services operations in a busy high volume restaurantsetting
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a chefrole

• Strong organizational and time management skills
