Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Assist the Chef Manager with food service operations while leading a dynamic culinary team.
  • Assist with and oversee cost control and budgeting.
  • Work with the team to train and develop the culinary staff.
  • Drive standards and consistency in food and food service delivery.
  • Create a safe, inclusive workplace environment.
  • Help build and maintain solid, mutually beneficial business relationships, including high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention; foster strong interpersonal relations and a safety culture.
Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Red Seal certification is required.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Proven success supporting food service operations in a busy, high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a chef role.
  • Strong team-building and team spirit.
  • Menu development experience.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
