Job summary

Verve Senior Living is seeking a Casual Chef to join our kitchen team in Penticton, BC. The role runs 9am–6pm, with a casual schedule that includes weekends as needed. You will contribute to preparing meals for seniors with a focus on quality, safety, and compassionate service.

Red Seal Certification is preferred or required, with prior professional kitchen experience. Knowledge of sanitation and food safety is essential, and catering experience is an asset for this role.

• Red Seal Certified Chef/Cook preferred/required
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen
• Catering experience is an asset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A positive ,respectful and compassionate approach to working with seniors.
