Job summary

• Promote sponsor programs such as credit cards, protection plans and charity initiatives.
• Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
• Follow safe work practices and keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain cash handling integrity and adhere to company policies.
• Refer complex/service items to a supervisor or front-end lead.
• Educate customers on the use of self-checkout options.
