Perform documentation deficiency analysis for inpatient discharges according to established State and Federal Guidelines, JCAHO Accreditation Standards, Medical Staff Rules and Regulations, and Department Policies. Ensure completion of required medical record documentation. Validate Discharge Census and perform Chart Assembly.
