Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team for Summer 2025. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury freelance Brand Expert team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry, learned in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business.

The Freelance Brand Expert role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store. You will represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand values and customer base. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by providing an amazing experience and exemplary service. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy and offering a personalized shopping experience.

Main Duties:

Sales:

1. Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
2. Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
3. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.

Customer Service:

1. Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.

Team Work:

1. Maintain a positive, cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
2. Foster open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.

Operations:

1. Ensure the counter/gondola is “customer ready” from open to close.
2. Maintain high standards of counter hygiene, including cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
3. Assist with maintaining inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and replenishment.
4. Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through communication with the Sales and Artistry Executive.
5. Assist in the execution of events.
6. Maintain communication with the Brand field team regarding counter/gondola needs or concerns.
7. Manage schedule, clocking in and out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
