Job description

Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury freelance Brand Expert team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven with experience in beauty and retail.

Requirements

The Freelance Brand Expert is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. Your role reflects the brand values and caters to the customer base. You will achieve sales targets by providing an extraordinary experience and exemplary service. Passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury are essential, along with delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy and offering a personalized shopping experience.

Main Duties:

  1. Sales:
    • Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
    • Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  3. Team Work:
    • Show a positive, cooperative attitude towards work and colleagues.
    • Maintain open, positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
  4. Operations:
    • Ensure the counter is “customer ready” from open to close.
    • Maintain hygiene standards; clean display units, tools, and testers regularly.
    • Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment.
    • Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
    • Assist in executing events.
    • Communicate regularly with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
    • Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
