Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury freelance Brand Expert team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business. You need to be sales-driven and have experience in beauty and retail.

Requirements

The Freelance Brand Expert is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store, always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. The role involves reflecting the brand values and engaging with the customer base. You are responsible for achieving sales targets by providing an exceptional experience and exemplary service. This role requires passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with a personalized shopping experience.

Main Duties:

  1. Sales:
  • Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
  • Create brand awareness by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
  • Customer Service:
    • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Work:
    • Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.
    • Foster open communication, professionalism, and creativity.
  • Operations:
    • Ensure the counter is “customer ready” from open to close.
    • Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
    • Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
    • Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
    • Assist in executing events.
    • Communicate with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
    • Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submit timesheets accurately.
