Job Overview

TD Merchant Solutions is a leader in Point-of-Sale technology, offering a range of credit and debit card processing services. The Chargeback Team handles disputes related to all merchant transactions across various Payment Card Networks, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to protect merchants' interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming chargeback cases and merchant inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to disputes in compliance with PCN regulations, maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to chargebacks, including documentation and reconciliation.
  • Ensure cases are processed within SLA and adhere to policies.
  • Maintain professional communication with merchants and internal teams.
Qualifications
  • University or college degree or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Payment Card Network rules and prior chargeback experience preferred.
Additional Information

Shift hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required. Customer service experience, especially with escalations and high-value clients, is a plus.
