A healthcare organization is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Charge Nurse in the Care of the Elderly team. This position involves leading high-quality nursing care in an acute assessment unit for vulnerable elderly patients. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a desire to develop further in a managerial role.

The shift pattern for this post is 12-hour rotational shifts. Please note that the salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Care of the Elderly team as a Charge Nurse. This role involves leading, implementing, and evaluating standards of high-quality nursing care in Ward 51, a 30-bed Acute Assessment Unit for the Elderly. The ward cares for some of the most dependent and vulnerable patients with a wide range of medical conditions and clinical needs.
