What Youd Be Doing In This Role

The Channel Account Sales Manager plays a critical role in growing Bureaus presence through indirect sales channels. Youll be responsible for building and managing partnerships with Office Furniture Dealers, responding to RFPs, and engaging Designers, Architects, and other strategic collaborators who influence or facilitate sales.

The Role

Success in this role is defined by consistent growth in Bureaus sales through indirect channels month over month. That means keeping Bureau top-of-mind with dealers, architects, and designers. But its how we do it that really makes the difference : through high-value touchpoints, engaging lunch-and-learns, timely product updates, sharing useful insights, and responding quickly to partner needs.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Sales Experience : You have a strong track record of at least five years in sales, with proven success in hitting targets, strategic account planning, and building lasting relationships.

Strong Interpersonal Skills : You're a natural communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder who knows how to connect with partners, understand their needs, and cultivate long-term collaboration.

Analytical Aptitude : Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights is crucial for driving informed decision-making and optimizing sales strategies.

Results-Driven Attitude : You're motivated by goals and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. You're relentless in your pursuit of growthfor both the business and yourself.

Industry Knowledge : Experience in the workplace design or furniture industry is a bonus, but not a must. What matters more is your ability to navigate complex sales landscapes and identify key opportunities with confidence and creativity.
