Job Description

As part of the Special Projects team, reporting to the Director of Transformation & Communication, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering change management strategies that support key initiatives across Ubisoft IT, Data & Security.

This role plays a central part in helping teams navigate transformation by aligning people, processes, and communications to enable adoption and long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop change management plans for initiatives affecting staff and operations to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of transformation changes.
  • Assess change impacts through impact analyses, change readiness assessments, and stakeholder needs identification.
  • Apply the Prosci ADKAR model—awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement—to structure change activities.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement workshops and executive briefings, guiding leaders through their roles in each ADKAR phase.
  • Develop and implement training curricula, including e-learning modules and quick reference guides, addressing capability gaps identified in readiness assessments.
  • Manage resistance proactively by creating risk registers, conducting listening sessions, and designing mitigation tactics such as coaching plans, Q&A forums, and change champions networks.
  • Participate in creating a Community of Practice by recruiting, training, and mobilizing change champions across IT, Data & Security to cascade messages, model behaviors, and gather feedback.
  • Coach and mentor project managers and team leads on change management best practices to embed sustainable change capabilities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Special Projects team.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading change across diverse regions and cultures, with fluency in both official languages.
  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci and PMP, with hands-on experience in complex transformations.
  • Skilled in change analytics, survey tools, dashboards, and collaboration platforms like SharePoint and MIRO.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills, capable of creating engaging infographics, videos, and presentations.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels through stakeholder mapping and facilitation.
  • Strategic, action-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying resistance, solving problems creatively, and staying current with change trends.
