We are looking for a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team. The CRE team plays a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring our workspaces are optimized for productivity and employee well-being. Reporting to the Workplace Change Program Manager, the Change Specialist will support strategy, design, and project teams in implementing new workspaces at Sun Life offices. The role involves creating and managing change management activities to facilitate employee adaptation to workplace changes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute change management strategies across multiple projects in Canada and the U.S.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify stakeholders.
  • Provide change management advice to internal partners and project teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change strategies.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and understand their impacts.
  • Coach leaders to help them lead teams through change.

Communication Responsibilities :

  • Develop communication materials to articulate change initiatives.

Project Management :

  • Maintain change management components in project plans.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions to stakeholders.
  • Promote change management culture through various channels.

Qualifications :

  • Strong change and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills.
  • University degree in a related field preferred.
  • Change Management Certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of change management experience.
