Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is looking for a Change Practitioner to join our Change Management Office (CMO) team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the successful implementation of changes, including assessing, planning, and managing changes to processes, systems, and technology to ensure timely and within-budget delivery with minimal disruption. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure changes align with business objectives and are communicated effectively. You will create and implement change management strategies that maximize adoption and utilization, driving faster adoption and higher engagement while minimizing resistance.
