Job description

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Change Manager, for an initial 12-month contract. This role is hybrid in nature with the office located in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead high-level cross-functional change projects, major change programs, or multiple work streams within large programs
  • Collaborate with business sponsors and stakeholders to produce project charters and ensure commitment to goals
  • Deploy change tools effectively to drive adoption of new behaviors and ensure successful change implementation
  • Define change plan milestones, deliverables, and assignments, and manage them to completion
  • Develop and facilitate organizational change work, including change readiness, communication development, talent management, leadership alignment, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, MIS, operations with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in people change management, including strategy development and execution
  • Proven track record in completing impact assessments and sustainment plans
  • Experience in leading high-level cross-functional change projects or major change programs
  • Proficiency in defining change plan milestones, managing assignments, and ensuring project outcomes
  • Skilled in facilitating organizational change readiness, communication development, talent management, and leadership alignment

Nice to have:
  • PROSCI certification would be an asset
