Job Description:

• Contribute to the planning and implementation of Prescriber and Clinician engagement strategies to build shared ownership and collaboration, awareness of the program, understanding of impacts and benefits, and motivate and engage these impacted groups to be part of the transformation.
• Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to deliver tactics that build the readiness of Prescribers and Clinicians.
• Collaborate directly with communications, engagement, and HR resources as needed.
• Lead the planning and coordination of engagement events, including the preparation of agendas, content, and translation.
• Lead the collection of Change Impacts relevant to the Prescriber and Clinician Audiences.
• Plan, track, and manage tasks using the Program management tool – Jira.
• Work with the Change Lead – Prescriber and Clinician Engagement and CMC team to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Collect feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze Change Readiness Survey results, and respond to this feedback by adapting engagement tactics

Deliverables:

• Assist the Lead in planning and implementation of Prescriber and Clinician engagement strategy to build shared ownership and collaboration, awareness of the program, understanding of impacts and benefits and motivate and engage these impacted groups to be part of the transformation.
• Work alongside the CMIOs, CNIOs and other program leaders to deliver tactics that build readiness of Prescribers and Clinicians.
• Collaborate directly with communications, change management, engagement and HR resources as needed.
• Assist planning and coordination efforts for engagement events, including preparation of agendas, content, and translation.
• Preparing, collecting and assessing Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician Audiences.
• As the CMC team grows, oversee day to day work of team members supporting Prescriber and Clinician engagement activities.
• Plan, track and manage tasks using the Program management tool – Jira.
• Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Collect feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze Change Readiness Survey results and respond to this feedback by adapting engagement tactics

• This must include demonstrated experience in developing clinical engagement and readiness strategies tailored to support the adoption of clinical changes (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects). 5+ years
• Must demonstrate experience managing change related to clinical documentation, clinical workflow, and/or healthcare technology (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects) with clinical user groups. 5+ years
