Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to lead transformation for high-impact initiatives?
We’re hiring a Change Manager (Level 3) to support the implementation of a large-scale transformation program. This is a fully remote, long-term contract role in a complex environment where you’ll lead change strategies that directly improve service delivery and adoption.
Location: Fully Remote (Canada-based)
Contract: 25-Aug-2025 to 24-Aug-2027 (Estimated 485 business days)
Schedule: 7.5 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Openings: Up to 2 positions
What You’ll Do:
️ Develop and implement comprehensive change management programs
️ Create training and communication plans to drive adoption across diverse stakeholders
️ Deliver benefits evaluation strategies and monitor adoption success
️ Facilitate workshops to gather feedback, align priorities, and ensure smooth transitions
️ Present progress and recommendations to senior leadership teams
️ Assess change impacts to processes, systems, and technology solutions
️ Recommend, justify, and cost implementation strategies based on business and technical analysis
️ Lead and coordinate the change management team, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Key Skills You Bring:
Proven experience in change management within large, complex organizations
Expertise in designing training programs and communications strategies
Skilled in developing and delivering benefits evaluation plans
Strong facilitation skills with ability to lead workshops and drive consensus
Confident in presenting to executive-level stakeholders
Ability to perform cost/benefit analysis and recommend optimal solutions
Familiarity with change management frameworks, processes, and tools
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Bonus Points For:
Change management experience in healthcare or public sector environments
Prosci or equivalent change management certification
Experience leading multi-year transformation initiatives
