Position Title: Change Manager (CM) Level 3
Location: Remote, must be able to travel to NB at least once per month
Duration: 24 Months
Must Have
- Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level change management or healthcare leadership role (e.g., Change Lead or Sr. Specialist) leading transformation initiatives where healthcare providers were directly impacted.
- Experience managing change related to clinical documentation, clinical workflow, and/or large-scale healthcare technology projects (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects) with clinical user groups.
- Experience leading and managing change initiatives in complex, dynamic environments involving technology-enabled transformation. Must include 7+ years in healthcare, with 5+ years in change leadership. Must demonstrate: leadership of clinical change strategies, engagement with healthcare providers, collaboration with CMIOs/CNIOs, and development of clinician readiness strategies.
- Experience as a Senior Change Manager or Lead in a clinical CIS transformation context. Includes CIS adoption, change impact assessments, and development of adoption metrics.
- Facilitation skills: leading change workshops or education sessions with healthcare providers in public healthcare settings. Must show understanding of clinical workflows, terminology, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal), with ability to lead engagement, communications, and training initiatives in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, and Atlassian JIRA in a workplace setting.
- Formal training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent), with the ability to apply structured approaches to organizational change.
