What You’ll Do

Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

What You'll Need

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.

Required Experience

  • 10 years’ experience as a project resource delivering information system projects, with at least 3 examples totaling 10+ years, including specific work details.
  • 7 years’ experience as a change management specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments, with at least 3 examples totaling 7+ years, including healthcare environment experience.
  • 2 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems for long-term or homecare patient registration, with at least 1 example.
  • 3 years’ experience developing and delivering end user training, including needs assessment, materials development, and delivery.
  • 2 years’ experience implementing Procura products in a long-term care environment, including designing workflows and system integration.
  • 2 years’ supporting or implementing pharmacy systems in a clinical setting.
