What you’ll do

Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

What you'll need

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.

Required Experience

  • 10 years’ experience as a project resource delivering information system projects, with at least 3 examples totaling a minimum of 10 years. Include specific work details.
  • 7 years’ experience as a change management specialist, including stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments, with at least 3 examples totaling at least 7 years. Minimum 3 years in a healthcare environment. Include specific work details.
  • 2 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems for long-term or homecare patient registration, with at least 1 example totaling at least 2 years. Include specific work details.
  • 3 years’ experience developing and delivering end-user training, including needs assessment, material development, and delivery, with at least 1 example totaling at least 3 years. Include specific work details.
  • 2 years’ experience implementing Procura suite in a long-term care environment, including designing clinical workflows and system integration, with at least 1 example totaling at least 2 years. Include specific work details.
  • 2 years’ experience supporting or implementing pharmacy systems in a clinical setting, with at least 1 example totaling at least 2 years. Include specific work details.
