A leading company is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to guide the implementation of an Oracle system. This role involves developing a comprehensive Change Management strategy, engaging with stakeholders, and providing training and communication support to ensure organizational readiness.
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to serve as a strategic advisor for the successful implementation of an Oracle system within Howmet Fasteners. The OCM Specialist will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Change Management strategy and plan to facilitate the organization’s transition to the new system. While Howmet will execute the OCM plan, the specialist will provide expert guidance, best practices, and recommendations to ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a robust Change Management strategy tailored to Howmet Fasteners’ organizational needs, culture, and project scope.
Act as a trusted advisor to Howmet’s leadership and project teams, providing expert guidance on executing the OCM plan.
Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups impacted by the Oracle implementation.
Design high-level communication frameworks and messaging to support organizational awareness and alignment.
Conduct readiness assessments and provide recommendations to bridge gaps in organizational preparedness.
Qualifications
Must be able and willing to travel occasionally to customer sites in California and possibly in Germany.
