Change Management Candidate (PROSCI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Health) Remote Across Canada

Job Description : Our client is seeking a Change Management Candidate with expertise in PROSCI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, and healthcare. This position is remote and open across Canada.

Must Have Primary Skills :

  1. 10 years of experience in organizational change management within healthcare projects involving information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and targeted communications, with at least 3 examples demonstrating work totaling at least 10 years, including specific details of work performed.
  2. 7 years of experience in project management or team leadership roles in healthcare projects, including developing plans and coaching resources. Provide at least 3 examples with work duration totaling at least 7 years, including specific details.
  3. 5 years of experience developing training materials and curricula for healthcare process changes, including at least 2 examples with work totaling at least 5 years. At least one example should involve preparing training for a large organization with 1000+ employees, with details of work performed.
  4. 3 years of experience in organizational change management during the implementation of standardized staff scheduling processes across multiple healthcare organizations. Provide at least 2 examples totaling at least 3 years, with details of work performed.
  5. 3 years of experience providing direct patient care in healthcare settings, with at least 1 example totaling at least 3 years, including specific details of work performed.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

  1. At least 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting, with at least one example demonstrating work totaling at least 1 year.

Proven Experience In :

  1. Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) certification, with proof to be provided.
  2. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, with proof to be provided.
  3. Valid Six Sigma certification, with proof to be provided.
