What & Why:

Due to large scale business transformation, our client is looking to add a change management lead to their team to assist with the transformation.

In this role you’ll be responsible for the development of end-to-end change management deliverables and the execution of communication and engagement activities for specific projects. The Change Management Analyst will engage key stakeholders in the change impact assessment and readiness process and will collaborate with cross-functional initiative partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout different project phases.This role is supporting and driving change for several complex workstreams that involve a mix of technology, behaviour, process, and people change. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in a how a global organization empowers their people

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related discipline.
  • Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable.
Compensation:

This is a contract role paying between $60-73 per hour for an incorporated contractor.
