Job summary

IBM Consulting in Toronto is offering an Organizational Change Management Intern position for a 4-month term starting January 2027. You will engage on projects to support ERP and non-ERP change initiatives, participate in workshops, and learn to apply AI tools in client transformations.

You will collaborate with experienced change leaders, contribute to workshops, and develop deliverables such as communications and training materials while working in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong quantitative analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and active listening to convey complex topics.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience with AI tools and collaboration software.

Responsibilities

• Participate on a consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform their business.
• Assist in the development of Change Management and HR Strategy deliverables with a focus on helping clients transform their organization to achieve target benefits.
• Work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions for clients leveraging AI.
• Learn about a client’s industry and how business and technology intersect.
• Join our North America intern community and participate in networking events and career development activities.
