We are looking for a Change Management Advisor, PMO to join BrokerLink and work out of any of our Alberta, Ontario or Atlantic region. On a Permanent FT Basis.

What the Role Entails:

As a Change Management Advisor at BrokerLink, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, implement and manage change management plans and strategies to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new processes & systems.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Coach and guide leaders and stakeholders on change management practices and methodologies.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, and resistance management plan.
  • Track and report issues and manage change risks.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • PROSCI certification in Change Management considered an asset
  • Proven experience in change management, project management, or a related area.
  • Proficient in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
