Job Description

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
• Execute OCM plans and ensure successful delivery of deliverables
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives
• Design and deliver learning programs that align with project objectives
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to drive learning
• Develop and execute internal communication strategies
• Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years in OCM, Corporate Communications, or Learning & Development in a Global Organization
• Extensive background in developing and executing communication strategies at a senior level
• Ability to evaluate risks, consider alternatives, and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• ERP Experience with JDE, Dynamics, Salesforce or Oracle
• Bonus: Fluent in French, Change Management Certification, PMP, Manufacturing working experience
