Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change strategies and plans to support various IT related projects
  • Conduct various change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, change plans, resistance management tactics, communication and training plans
  • Support project managers, project teams, and business leaders in assessing and addressing change management needs
  • Identify and monitor change related risks and develop creative solutions to manage change resistance
  • Create change management materials, including communication and training resources
  • Collaborate on the development and facilitation of various change management related workshops and materials
  • Assist Change Enablement team in enhancing our change processes, tools, workshops, and service offerings


Skills And Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience providing change management support for IT related projects
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or program management
  • Experience in communication and/or instructional design roles is an asset
  • Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written) with experience in creating communications using a variety of channels and methods for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) designation is considered an asset
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services is considered an asset
  • Background in instructional design is considered an asset
  • This role will be performed primarily in French so fluency in French (oral and written) is a requirement
