Make an impact with our Change Enablement Team as a Specialist. This diverse team of professionals drives and facilitates successful transformation initiatives in support of growth and innovation at MNP. As a trusted advisor, you'll make an impact by supporting various teams through all aspects of change while ensuring alignment with our values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change strategies and plans to support various IT related projects.
  • Conduct various change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, change plans, resistance management tactics, communication and training plans.
  • Support project managers, project teams, and business leaders in assessing and addressing change management needs.
  • Identify and monitor change related risks and develop creative solutions to manage change resistance.
  • Create change management materials, including communication and training resources.
  • Collaborate on the development and facilitation of various change management related workshops and materials.
  • Assist Change Enablement team in enhancing our change processes, tools, workshops, and service offerings.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience providing change management support for IT related projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Experience in communication and/or instructional design roles is an asset.
  • Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written) with experience in creating communications using a variety of channels and methods for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) designation is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services is considered an asset.
  • Background in instructional design is considered an asset.
