The Digital Workplace team is seeking a Manager, Change and Adoption, to support digital workplace solutions. This team focuses on providing solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience, enabling KPMG employees with innovative technology and knowledge tools to drive value for the firm and clients.

What You Will Do
  1. Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops.
  2. Conceptualize and propose tailored solutions addressing business challenges.
  3. Collaborate with engagement teams and other units to optimize application use for desired outcomes.
  4. Enhance collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities through appropriate solutions.
  5. Identify and assess end-user impacts from technology changes and develop change management plans.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
  • Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) are advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication within digital or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address user needs and concerns.

This role requires fluency in written and spoken English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across regions.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially eligible for bonuses. Salary within this range depends on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
