Job description
Overview

This fast paced, detail-oriented position is a critical part of the Canadian Fulfillment Team – required to manage Vendor Management System (VMS) activity, monitor submittal activity to open vacancies and develop relationships with Master Service Provider (MSP) clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive order fulfillment to increase speed to market and achieve fill rate goals
  • Verify all open vacancies have a minimum of 2:1 submittal ratio (3:1 ratio is best in class)
  • Provide recruitment and sourcing expertise/solutions to the field to ensure they have the tools needed to source qualified candidates
  • Manage fulfillment process with vendor management systems (VMS) from order request to assignment in Manpower’s front office systems
  • Maintain exceptional accuracy to minimize errors and inaccurate payroll/invoices
  • Develop internal relationships at all levels within Manpower
  • Communicate with recruiters to validate orders including obtaining a complete and accurate job description
  • Develop relationships through order fulfillment, build trust and rapport
  • Communicate anticipated future needs to the Canadian field to ensure recruiting pools are current and contain needed skills
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Dispatch new orders to recruiters – input new orders quickly and accurately within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines into Direct Office
  • Monitor and act on VMS notifications – including rate changes, assignment extensions, interview scheduling, etc.
  • Monitor and ensure all client onboarding requirements are complete prior to assignment
  • Verify information in VMS always matches Direct Office
  • Other accountabilities as assigned
