Reports To: President & CEO

Department: Finance

Job Summary: Seeking a strategic CFO to lead financial operations and ensure long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability.
  2. Provide financial forecasting and long-term planning.

Financial Operations & Management:

  1. Oversee accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  2. Manage cash flow and optimize financial performance.
  3. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and strong internal controls.

Leadership & Team Management:

  1. Mentor the finance team and foster interdepartmental collaboration.
  2. Evaluate investment opportunities and lead fundraising efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 10+ years in senior financial roles; CPA or CFA is a plus.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
