Responsibilities :

  • Manage a department of 15-20 individuals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Report directly to the President / Owner, collaborating closely to align financial strategies with the company's overall objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, contributing to key business decisions.
