The Financial Close Controller team seeks a highly motivated Manager to support Bell Media's financial results and transformation journey. The role involves partnering with business units, managing financial close processes, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting audits, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support transformation of the financial results close function through centralization and optimization.
  2. Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial results through partnership and review.
  3. Manage risks, provisions, and internal/external reporting.
  4. Support month-end processes, controls, and audit requirements.
  5. Lead special projects and provide guidance on transactions, standards, and processes.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency.
  7. Analyze and present financial information for decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
  • 2-3 years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of S4 Hana and AI/ML is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Knowledge of French required for Quebec positions.
