Mission for This Role:

Deliver exceptional fire alarm inspection, service, and installation that protects lives and property — with speed, precision, and full code compliance — while representing the Red Seal brand with professionalism and pride.

Outcomes You’re Responsible For:
  • Complete monthly, semi-annual, and annual inspections with full documentation (CFAA standard).
  • Execute troubleshooting and repairs on fire alarm systems (commercial, residential, industrial).
  • Handle system installs, verifications, and programming with zero call-backs.
  • Stay on after-hours rotation for emergency service calls (shared across the team).
  • Deliver inspection reports within 24 hours and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects excellence.
Skills You’ll Need:
  • CFAA Certified Fire Alarm Technician (active and in good standing).
  • 2+ years of hands-on fire alarm service experience.
  • You know your way around troubleshooting panels, pulling wire, and field programming.
  • Deep understanding of NFPA/ULC codes and inspection protocols.
  • Tech-savvy: you’re comfortable using tablets, inspection software, and digital forms.
  • You show up on time, finish what you start, and own your results.
  • Valid G-Class Driver’s License + clean abstract.
