Job summary

Qualifications

• Current UA/UTT/CUA certification is required.
• Alberta Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract (<6 demerit points).
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Trim, prune, and remove trees near power lines.
• Inspect areas around power lines for hazards.
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other equipment.
• Coordinate with line workers and crews to clear vegetation around lines.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and any damage to infrastructure.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
