Soliant is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based position in Sheldon, CA. This opportunity is open to professionals who are looking to make a positive impact on the communication development of students in a K-12 school setting.

Job Details
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Caseload: K-12 (varied student ages)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: End of school year, with potential for renewal
Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
  • Provide direct therapy, as well as consultative support for school staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of student progress
  • Work with students with a variety of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language delays
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Active California state licensure (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students
  • Passion for helping students develop their speech and language skills
