About Us:
Join a leading pediatric clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive dental care to children of all ages. The mission is to create a positive and comfortable dental experience for our young patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being from infancy through adolescence. Prioritize preventive care, patient education, and family-centered treatment approaches.

Position Overview:
They are seeking a skilled and caring Pediatric Dentist to join the team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dental services to children in the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pediatric dentistry, excellent clinical skills, and a warm demeanor that puts young patients at ease. Our client offers an above average compensation rate and high production in the non-assignment practice(s). Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. This position will be 1 day GA plus 4 sedation, per week, rotationing between 3 practices.

Qualifications:
– Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school plus pediatric licensing
– RCDSO license to practice dentistry and in good standing
– Oral Moderate, nitrous & sedation
– Excellent communication skills, particularly in interacting with children and their parents
– Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
